Micropigmentação das aréolas ajuda a resgatar a autoestima de pacientes com câncer de mama

A micropigmentação é uma evolução da maquiagem definitiva – técnica que foi usada há alguns anos. A chamada “paramédica”, onde se enquadra a micropigmentação das aréolas, é indicada para reconstruir ou disfarçar algumas cicatrizes. A técnica, uma espécie de tatuagem, faz com que a tonalidade aplicada se adeque ao máximo à cor natural da pele

Deise Dantas, especialista no procedimento, conta como a “tattoo” pode ajudar mulheres a recuperar a autoestima após ou durante os tratamentos agressivos contra o câncer de mama. “Hoje o procedimento é feito em uma camada mais superficial e trabalhamos com pigmentos próprios para esta técnica”, explica à AnaMaria Digital.

O procedimento é mais conhecido no realce de sobrancelhas e lábios, mas Dantas destaca a importância dela nas aréolas, redesenhando essa área dos mamilos.

Segundo ela, a micropigmentação paramédica pode suavizar cicatrizes de cirurgias.  “No procedimento são redesenhadas as cores do mamilo e contornos originais.  Após a mastectomia a micropigmentação pode representar uma reconstrução para a mulher e ajuda muito no autoestima.  Esta técnica pode também ser feita em mulheres que fizeram cirurgias plásticas ou para acertos de pequenas assimetrias”, conta. 

A especialista explica que a micropigmentação das aréolas é feita quando o paciente sofreu perda do mamilo em decorrência  de câncer, acidentes ou nascença. 

“O procedimento é feito de forma que implantamos o pigmento numa camada bem superficial da pele. O trabalho é feito simulando realisticamente em forma de desenho o mamilo, podendo ser feita quando há ou não alguma parte do mamilo. O pigmento é específico para este procedimento, pois, as cores devem ser parecidas com as dos mamilos naturais”, detalha ela.

Por fim, Deise comenta sobre o pós procedimento, que exige apenas evitar fontes de calor:  “São feitas duas sessões que levam uma hora e meia cada. O procedimento deve ser repetido em média a cada dois anos”.
