A micropigmentação ficou muito conhecida no Brasil por desenhar sobrancelhas permanentes em mulheres (tire suas dúvidas aqui). Mas seu uso vai muito além disso. A técnica vem sendo cada vez mais utilizada em tratamentos de lábio leporino, reconstrução de mamas e em cicatrizes de queimadura.

Quem aponta a tendência é a especialista no procedimento Vivi Assad, que faz trabalho voluntário e gratuito com vítimas de queimaduras e em pessoas com lábio leporino para disfarçar as cicatrizes do rosto e reconstruir a aparência dos lábios.

“Fazemos um novo desenho de lábios, usamos um pouco da pele, pois geralmente eles têm um lábio menor. A ‘micro’ é a última tentativa para melhorar a aparência e de fato ela melhora”, explica Vivi, destacando que muitos destes pacientes passam, antes da micropigmentação, por diversas cirurgias reparadoras sem obter a aparência desejada.

Queimadura x Violência Doméstica

Em vítimas de queimadura, a técnica é usada para uniformizar a cor da pele. “Geralmente, a pele queimada fica mais branca em algumas regiões, principalmente no rosto. Com a micropigmentação, conseguimos uniformizar a cor, cobrindo as áreas mais claras”, diz Vivi, acrescentando que algumas mulheres que procuram o tratamento têm sinais de serem vítimas de violência doméstica.

“Acredito que haja muitas mulheres vítimas de parceiros que colocaram fogo nelas, mas elas não falam sobre isso. Quando são queimaduras decorrentes de acidentes ou de fatos da infância, elas se abrem e contam toda a história, mas vejo que, quando a queimadura foi na fase adulta, muitas não se abrem, não querem falar o que houve”.

Amor-Próprio

A reconstrução de aréola em mulheres que precisaram tirar a mama é mais um uso da técnica. “Acredito que o maior símbolo da feminilidade é o seio. Sei por causa da minha mãe, que teve a doença e precisou reconstruir a aréola, eu vi o quanto isso foi importante na autoestima dela”, revela Vivi.

A empresária explica que, nos casos em que a mama é removida, é necessário desenhar o mamilo. Neste caso, é aplicada uma técnica de micropigmentação hiper-realista. “É um trabalho em 3D, que fica muito parecido com a mama, um trabalho muito delicado que dá um efeito muito próximo ao real”, detalha.

Para Vivi, em todos os casos, o procedimento ajuda a resgatar o amor-próprio. “Isso melhora muito a autoestima delas, ainda mais quando são vítimas de violência. Muitas voltam a sorrir depois do procedimento”, entrega.
